How would you describe Omniterm and its role in theatrical exhibition?
Omniterm delivers comprehensive Cinema Management Software for theatres of all sizes, from single-site venues to large multi-location circuits. Our modular software solutions include POS systems for Box Office and Concessions, Self-Serve Kiosks, Digital & Physical Gift Cards, Loyalty Programs with Subscription options, Digital Signage for all theatre areas, and a Film Settlement module for managing distributor payments. Omniterm’s software solutions empower theatres to streamline operations, reduce costs, and elevate the guest experience.
What’s new at your company this year?
We’re expanding our third-party integrations to offer a centralized interface for Ticketing, Loyalty, Gift Cards, and Reporting.
Are you launching or showcasing anything new at CinemaCon 2026?
We’re looking forward to introducing two upcoming features: a Voucher Management tool to streamline the creation and redemption of promotional offers, and an AI-powered Natural Language Reporting feature that enables users to quickly generate reports for actionable insights.
How does your company engage with local communities – either where you’re headquartered or in partnership with cinema exhibitors across the country?
We’re committed to supporting theatres in serving their local communities—whether that means integrating with specific third-party platforms or helping facilitate local events and initiatives.
What industry trends are shaping your work right now?
AI has been a hot topic and Omniterm is integrating it where it delivers the most value to theatres. We’re excited to provide more automated tools that incorporate the use of AI to provide our theatres with greater flexibility and increased time savings starting with natural language reporting.
How is your company helping cinema operators evolve?
Cinemas are constantly looking to improve customer relations, and loyalty/membership programs are an area that we are providing extended features for, such as subscriptions, reward redemption opportunities, special events, etc.

Omniterm offers the expertise and tools to ensure a smooth, efficient system conversion for theatres of all sizes, from single locations to large circuits.
How long have you participated in CinemaCon and what keeps you coming back?
We have been participating in CinemaCon since the event’s inception in 2011. This show allows us to connect with our existing clients to showcase our latest software development features, plus the opportunity to talk to new prospects looking for a cinema management solution.
